Terms of Use

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ringsidemedia.co (the “site”), which is run by Ringside Media LLC (“Ringside,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware limited liability company. Please read them before you use the site. Section 12 covers how disputes are resolved.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using the site, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for a business, you accept them for that business too. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

2. Who the site is for

The site is for businesses only: licensed insurance agencies, call centers and other insurance businesses that want to buy calls or leads from Ringside. To use it you must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you name.

If you are shopping for insurance for yourself or your family, this site is not for you. We don’t sell insurance, and we can’t help you choose or buy a policy.

3. What Ringside is, and is not

  • Ringside is a marketing services company. Buyers pay us per call or per lead to receive calls and leads from people who asked to hear about insurance.
  • Ringside is not an insurance agency, producer, broker or carrier. We don’t sell, quote, recommend or bind insurance, and nothing on the site is an offer of insurance.
  • Ringside is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, CMS, HealthCare.gov or any other government agency.
  • The site is information only. Nothing on it is legal, tax, insurance or compliance advice. Our summaries of laws and rules are general, may be incomplete and may go out of date. Get your own advice on the rules that apply to your business.

4. Inquiries are not contracts

Sending us a buyer intake form or a message doesn’t create a contract, a partnership or any duty on either side to buy or deliver calls or leads. We may turn down any inquiry for any lawful reason. A business relationship with Ringside exists only under a separate written agreement and insertion order signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

5. What you send us

  • Send business information only. Never send a consumer’s personal information, a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bank account number or health details through the site.
  • What you send must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it.
  • How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • break the law, or mislead or defraud anyone;
  • give false details, or pretend to be another person or company;
  • try to get into parts of the site, our systems or our data that you aren’t allowed to reach;
  • disrupt the site, overload it, or upload malicious code;
  • copy or collect content from the site with bots, scrapers or other automated tools.

7. Our content and name

Ringside or its licensors own the site’s text, design, the Ringside Media name and our logo. You may view the site and print pages for your own business use. Anything else needs our written permission.

The site names some other companies, such as consent-certificate providers, only to explain how we work. Their names belong to them, and naming them doesn’t mean they endorse us. The site also relies on outside services, such as our web host and Google Fonts, and may link to other websites. Those services and sites follow their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. No warranties

We provide the site as it is, when it is available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it, express or implied, including any promise that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

The standards and processes described on the site describe how we intend to work and what our agreements require. They are not a promise of any call volume, call quality, conversion rate, sale, price or regulatory result.

10. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Ringside is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, connected with the site. That holds even if someone warned us such losses could happen.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for all claims about the site is limited to $100. This section doesn’t limit any term of a separate signed agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend Ringside and cover its losses, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim is made against us because you misused the site, broke these terms, or sent us information you had no right to share.

12. Disputes

If you have a concern about the site, please write to us first at info@ringsidemedia.co so we can try to sort it out. If we can’t, either side may go to the courts named in section 13.

13. Governing law and venue

Delaware law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without applying any rule that would point to another state’s law.

Any dispute about the site will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. The new version applies from that date, so please check this page from time to time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

15. General

  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Ringside about the site. A separate signed agreement covers any business you do with us.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold.
